Do lay ups 8 times .... ( full court lehh )
within 1 minute ? : (
i cant do it T__T
i did it finish in 1 minute 02 second ....
just oni of the 2 sec ?
we need to do it one more time ? T^^T

1st round i'm still OK ....
but when the second round comes....
my legs go shivering ady .....
we are still not yet finish with this exercise wiieh ....
cause the second round i finish in 1 minute 04 second ....
agian ....

n this is finally the last round xD
because Colleen n Diong Jia Ern ( my mummy ♥ )
